Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BullsView mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Apex Labs (SMC-Private) Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.Not investment advice

BullsView does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All market data, charts, indicators, fundamentals, AI-generated analysis, signals, ratings, and any other content displayed in the Service are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any information from the Service.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.Account

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4.License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or redistribute market data in bulk.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers and networks.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Use the Service to provide investment advice to others or as the basis for any regulated activity, unless you are licensed to do so.

6.Market data

The Service displays Pakistan Stock Exchange market data obtained through authorized data vendors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of this data. Market data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable. You should verify any information independently before relying on it.

7.Subscriptions and payments

Some features of the Service may be offered as paid subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Google Play (and, in future, other approved payment processors). Refund requests are subject to the policies of the payment processor.

8.Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Apex Labs (SMC-Private) Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or logos.

9.Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY MARKET DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR TIMELY.

10.Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APEX LABS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR PKR 1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections 1, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 will survive termination.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

13.Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
