Privacy Policy

BullsView ("BullsView", "we", "us", or "our") is a Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) analytics mobile application operated by Apex Labs (SMC-Private) Limited, a private limited company registered in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the BullsView app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1.Information we collect

Account information

When you create a BullsView account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. Authentication is handled by Supabase, a third-party authentication service. You can use BullsView in a limited guest mode without creating an account.

App content you create

We store the watchlists, portfolios, price alerts, and any notes or transactions you choose to add inside the app. This data is stored in our Supabase database and is only accessible to you when signed in.

Crash and diagnostic data

We use Sentry to capture crash reports and error logs that help us identify and fix bugs. Crash reports include the app version, device model, operating system version, and a stack trace showing where the error occurred. We have configured Sentry to not collect personally identifiable information (no email, no IP address, no username) in crash payloads.

Push notifications

If you enable price alerts or other notifications, we store a device push token so we can deliver those notifications. You can revoke notification permission at any time from your device settings.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect your location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files.
• We do not collect your phone number.
• We do not track your activity in other apps or websites.

2.Third-party services we plan to use

In future versions of the app, we plan to integrate the following third-party services. We will update this Privacy Policy before any of these become active, and you will be notified of material changes.

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — to understand which features are used most so we can improve them. Aggregated and anonymized.
• Google AdMob — to display advertisements in the free tier of the app. Advertisements may use a device advertising identifier. Pro subscribers will not see ads.
• RevenueCat — to manage in-app subscriptions and verify purchases.

3.Market data

BullsView displays Pakistan Stock Exchange market data obtained through authorized data vendors. This data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered investment advice.

4.How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the BullsView app.
• To save your watchlists, portfolios, and alerts so they are available when you sign in on any device.
• To send price alert notifications you have configured.
• To diagnose and fix bugs and crashes.
• To respond to your support requests.

5.Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, send a request to abubakar@bullsview.pk from the email address registered to your account, and we will delete your data within 30 days.

6.Children

BullsView is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7.Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted password storage, and access controls on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

8.Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at abubakar@bullsview.pk.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of BullsView after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
